10/10/10 Eco-work party in C'wood

The Blue mountain Watershed Trust will be sponsoring at tree planting event on the Black Ash Creek at 10 am on 10/10/10 under the supervision of the Nottawa Valley Conservation authority... We will be putting approximately 100 trees in the ground to help rehabilitate the Black Ash Greek. Students From Collingwood Collegiate ( our local high school will be participating in the tree planting. (I will be sure to get pictures)

Because the fall is not the ideal time for l tree-planting in Canada, we are pleased to announce that we will be following up this 10/10/10 effort next May by planting another 1000 trees along the black ash creek.

total trees in the ground by mid may 1011 will be 1100....
