10/10/10 UNH Climate Change Campaign Kick-Off

Sunday, 10 October, 2010 - 13:00 - 15:00

UNH SEAC (the Student Environmental Action Coalition) will gather on campus in Murkland Courtyard (in front of Dimond Library) to kick off our efforts to fight climate change this year. We are starting a project to get dorms on campus to offer clothes-drying racks to students as an alternative to dryers, so we'll have information on this campaign and urge students to get involved in their own dorms. We'll have a Really Really Free Market at this event, too, so bring anything you don't want anymore and find some new treasures, all for free! REDUCE consumption, REUSE clothes/books/gadgets/etc, RECYCLE! Everyone is welcome!

How to Get Involved Planning the Event: Email Claire at cmb77@unh.edu!

Event Host: UNH's Student Environmental Action Coalition. We are an on-campus student organization that educates the UNH/Durham community about various environmental issues and works to make our school, community, state, and world more sustainable.
