Pizza Party and Phone Bank to Defeat Prop 23, the Texas Oil Dirty Energy Proposition

Join us at the Coffee Break cafe in Sunnybrae, Arcata, to defeat Proposition 23, the Texas Oil Dirty Energy proposition which would suspend California's Global Warming Solutions Act.
Join us to learn more, eat pizza, and use an automated phone bank to energize like minded California voters.

Please bring your cell phone and a laptop if you have them. We will have some laptop stations available.
"This November, voters will have a chance to decide if we will continue to fight climate change, or if we are going to allow out-of-state oil companies to undermine California law," Mike Brune, Sierra Club Executive Director said on a recent club-wide conference call. "If California is going to lead our country towards a clean energy future, we have to defeat Proposition 23."
