Bring Your Own Cup

I want to collect 350 trashed coffee cups and make a quilt/garment to wear to encourage people to bring their own reusable cups for coffee. This would cut down on the production of plastic and paper which uses water, and energy, and pollutes the environment, contributing to carbon emissions. And, duh, it keeps garbage out of the landfills. I will wear the cups and encourage people to buy a Starbucks mug inside (so the Starbucks people are not upset) Also I will be passing out information about 350.org and some information about what their coffee-cup habit costs the planet.
