The event shall begin with a bicycle race from Kachibora Market, through Makutano, Kesogon on Kitale-Kapenguria highway to Maili Saba Market then to Sibanga where free light savers bulbs shall be given to the local community free of charge. The Community Alliance for Change shall offer to replace the bulbs free of charge
