The idea arises from the need to combat the growing sedentary and the use of polluting vehicles. There is therefore an idea to alert the people, create an environmental awareness, including the reduction of CO2 emissions. We are trying to combine these concerns, meet new people while playing sports.

There isn´t a bike ride to professionals ... will be as relaxed as possible. We can take the bikes by hand whenever we wish, as we are going to have some places to stop in the middle of the circuit.

We also could have more than one circuit, for those amoung us who enjoy or want to do more kms. Between 10:30 and 11:30while at Foz, those who wants to, can go cycling by the seaside to the beaches of Matosinhos and back, then we all are going to the Ribeira.
