Organizing makes change. It's what we do here at 350 on the national and international level, and it's what we need you to do locally. Organizing is important and complex—we'll be the first to admit it can be a learned skill—but also simple: bringing people together to achieve a common goal. 

Below are some simple guides to organizing at different scales and with different groups. If you're just starting out, start from the beginning and start small. As your group gains confidence from successful small steps, there’s lots to stretch into! If your group is ready to host an event or launch a big campaign, take what you need.
