IMPORTANT: THIS has to take place on Sat, Oct. 2. (Our leader, Machete Man,
was not available on the 10/10/10 weekend.)
A learning/hand on work party in forests of East Lake Commons Cohousing. There
is a CSA organic farm around which are forests already infested with many invasive plants when the community was started. An intensive effort this year has made good progress & we welcome others to join in:
Tour of the land
Help remove invasives. WEAR clothes to cover legs, arms,sturdy footwear, gloves. Bring hand clippers,long-handled clippers(if possible).Water bottle?
Visit with everyone and enjoy refreshments.
