Ute Community Clean Up
Sunday, 10 October, 2010 - 12:30 - 16:30
Twice a year, members of the Ute Tribe, living on the Uintah Ouray Reservation do a community cleanup as a way of protecting their land and respecting mother earth. This year, they will be picking up trash and logging illegal dumping sites on October 14 in solidarity with the rest of the world as they show world leaders that they are ready to "get to work" on protecting the environment.
