10 10 10 in WASHINGTON SQUARE PARK

Join concerned citizens this Sunday in WASHINGTON SQUARE PARK at 12pm in celebration of 350.org's 10 10 10 day of Climate Action! We will be painting letters to our Senators and Governor in an effort to illustrate the connections and impacts of Climate Change and Food Justice.

As changes caused by Climate Change influence the worlds means of creating adequate food supplies, Food justice is an integral part of our future as well as Climate Legislation.

We will be "planting seeds," e.g. creating a mosaic of fingerprints (each fingerprint representing seeds for the future) that will accompany a message to our state representatives about the public's growing concerns of Food and Climate Justice.

We are hoping to document this day and send in our footage to the UN, hopefully getting put on their documentary about the LARGEST DAY OF PROTEST THE WORLD HAS EVER SEEN! 10 10 10!
If you want bring your paints or other forms of decoration that can go on the mural please feel free.

See you SUNDAY!
