Singer-songwriter, environmental activist, and Unitarian Universalist minister Fred Small has composed a thrilling anthem proclaiming the 350 message!  Fred and the Pan-Latin ensemble Sol y Canto (www.solycanto.com) have recorded “Three Five O” in both English and Spanish as a powerful call for climate justice.  You can listed to the English with the tool below and click here to listen in Spanish.  Lyrics and Chords below.

Jovenes en Liderazgo de Cambio Climatico

El 19 de mayo del 2009, 350 participó en el 1er Encuentro Estatal de Jóvenes en Liderazgo COBAEV (Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de Veracruz) Cambio Climático que se llevó a cabo en el WTC de Veracruz, México. En esta ocasión 350 colaboró junto con los organizadores a traer ponentes de alta calidad que comprometidos con el medio ambiente fueran líderes en su ramo y compartieran con los jóvenes sus experiencias, visión del cambio climático y sobretodo que contagiaran su ejemplo el como poder apoyar a este movimiento de concientización y sensibilización a través de debates y ponencias sobre el tema.
   
De la misma forma los representantes de 350 México compartieron con los asistentes quienes somos y la importancia del 350 en un año donde tenemos que cambiar conciencias, ya que el cambio climático es día tras día más impactante,  y porque en este año tenemos la oportunidad de influenciar a nuestros gobiernos mundialmente para que en diciembre se firme un tratado en Copenhague sobre la reducción de emisiones de carbono.
