Several actions are planned on Aruba:
- The Aruba Girl Scouts will team up with the Aruba Women's Club and the Aruba Tourism Authority to do a festive tree-planting event, with drumband, speeches, banners, etc.
- The Aruba Youth Parliament's Minister of Environment Marifer Aguirre will coordinate a recycling Proyect with the EcoTech Company.
- The Aruba Government Minister of Health and Sports Mr. Richard Visser will organize a festive night-bike-ride from one tip of the island to the capital Oranjestad.
- The Minister of Energy Ir. Mike de Meza will calculate and publish Aruba's total CO2 footprint as an awareness campaign.
- Ateliers '89 Art Academy under Mr. Elvis Lopez will do an arts event with students and local artists.
- Initiator Aruba Intl. Arts Foundation's Mr. Stan Kuiperi will coordinate the promotion and events.
