Saginaw River Basin 350 Festival

A gathering of citizens from all communities in Michigan's Saginaw River Basin. Individual communities across the valley are asked to hold individual events at 11:00AM and travel to Bay City for a festival starting at 2:00PM in the beautiful parkland west of the Saginaw River in downtown Bay City.

The details for Saginaw River Basin 350 Festival event will be finalized by October 1, 2009.
The tentative schedule is :
12:30 to 1:15PM for people who want to see the dance( or be in it).
1:15 to 1:45PM Dance for the Planet
1:30 to 2:00PM People will arrive for Rally and Picture Event
2:00 to 2:20PM Short Speeches and Directions
2:20 to 2:50PM Picture of the Group and Signs
3:00 to 3:20PM Mini Concert and Closing
