Organic Cook-out for the Planet
Sunday, 10 October, 2010 - 17:00 - 19:00
Students and faculty and staff gather to eat local organic food, support local farmers, and demonstrate alternative fuel vehicles - all in a party atmosphere!
Students will give brief explanations of what you can buy locally and how to reduce your carbon footprint. The food will be local, grass-fed beef burgers, plus various other local and/or organic items!
