The 1st Mini Marathon Leiria, organized by the Rotaract Club of Leiria in partnership with the Rotary Club of Leiria, will cross the main thoroughfares of the city.
The aim is, in addition to boosting the city, raising funds to revert to the END POLIO NOW - an international project whose objective is the eradication of polio in the world.
Besides its solidarity, this event also has a strong environmental concern: through a partnership with Ecoprogresso, we will offset carbon emissions caused by the event since its organization until its completion.
Scheduled for 10:10:10, 1st Leiria Mini Marathon seeks to unite the community around two key values: solidarity and environment.

Event Host: Rotaract Clube de Leiria is an international solidarity nonprofit association, created by individuals aged 18 to 30 years, whose purpose is to contribute effectively in building a more accountable and participatory community, supporting and promoting social inclusion and high standards of ethics and responsibility.
