Today's off to a great start. The New York Times has a great interview with Bill McKibben featured on its Green Inc. blog. Check it out here.

My favorite line, about Copenhagen: "We weren’t able to pressure the biggest nations enough, and so Copenhagen fizzled, and that fizzle disheartened people around the world. We can’t, and won’t, let it deflate our momentum, but it was, speaking technically, a serious bummer."

Bill goes on to describe the Get to Work campaign, and 10/10–which is picking up lots of steam among our partners, and attracting lots of new partners to the 350 campaign. One group we've learned a lot about, and that we'll be working with a great deal, is Green my Parents. This is a national effort to work with young people (school-aged), and who will in turn encourage their parents to save energy, and save money. It's an innovative approach, taking advantage of new social media tools, as well as a book of the same title. Learn more about their efforts, and watch out for their big launch on Earth Day! Also–I couldn't resist putting up this photo that just came in from Nigeria. Check out the caption it was submitted with on flickr.
