Since 2006, we know through FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) that almost one fifth of climate change is caused by animal agriculture. Moreover, more than half of Amazon deforestation comes from this sector. In a moment where the Brazilian Forest Code is under such a discussion in the society, why not rethink our own consumption patterns?
