The fate of the Keystone XL pipeline will be decided in the next two months – and we need your help to defeat this project once and for all.

There’s one final permit that TransCanada needs in Nebraska, and if we can stop it – the pipeline can’t be built.

Join us for a huge march on Sunday, August 6th in Lincoln, Nebraska to urge state decision makers to reject Keystone XL.

This march is on the eve of the week-long hearings on Keystone XL at Nebraska’s Public Service Commission, which is expected to vote on the permit by the end of September.

By marching in the streets the day before the hearings, we’ll make it clear that this pipeline is not in the public interest and help set the tone for the entire week.

Here are the details:

What: March to Give KXL the Boot

When: Sunday, August 6th from 3:00 – 5:00 PM (if you’d like to join the Midwest Pipeline Fighters Summit, a regional skill share event before the march, learn more and register here)

Where: Meet at Nebraska State Capitol (1445 K St, Lincoln, NE 68508)

RSVP to the march here.

If you’re looking for a ride, you can join one of the buses or join a carpool.

Keystone XL would transport the dirtiest oil on the planet from Alberta’s tar sands region, devastating our climate, threatening vital water sources, and violating Indigenous rights.

Trump “approved” the federal permit for this project four days into his Presidency because it’s more than a pipeline — it’s a stand in for the fossil fuel economy his Administration is bent on propping up.

We have a huge opportunity to defeat Keystone XL – this time for good.
