We don’t know if it’s just a coincidence…but a few hours after our amazing friends at 1sky.org and the Chesapeake Climate Action Network staged this display beneath the Washington Monument (and in front of the National Christmas Tree, not to mention the White House), word came that President Obama had decided to come for the end of the Copenhagen conference, not the beginning. Analysts are saying that may mean some kind of formal deal is more likely–let’s hope the president took a look out the window at the most important number in the world. By the way, the numbers are formed with banners from actions mailed in from all over the United States
