Our friend Asher Miller, Executive Director of the Post Carbon Institute, posted a great piece the other day that very clearly lays out the strategy of taking practical action for political change. You can read the whole thing here, and here's a highlight:

"Part of what I love about 10/10/10 is that even if actions fail to move politicians sufficiently, through these projects a foundation can be laid — no matter how small or simple the projects — for transitioning each and every community. Yes, it's a focused day of international action. Yes, it's intended to make a statement. But it can and should also serve as the start or boost for ongoing resilience building."![sites/all/files/switzerland.jpg](/wp-content/uploads/imagecache/Large_500_pixels_wide/switzerland.jpg)
