But it’s one of our favorite pictures. It comes from the Congo River, someplace near Kinshasha. There was no digital camera, so people got up early this morning, took the picture, developed it in a local darkroom and, with the kind of improvisational spirit we’re seeing all over the world, added an old-fashioned version of a photo tag.
