# Moving to online work the first time?

We are a group of experienced online trainers, facilitators & meeting hosts, serving the climate justice movement.

In this extraordinary moment in history, with many of our teams unable to meet face-to-face in order to limit the spread of the Coronavirus, we are offering ‘hands-on’ 1-1 support to climate justice groups who are shifting to an online format for the first time.

**For example, we might be able to:**

- Help you adapt your meeting plan for online
- Answer your questions and concerns, share our best tips and tricks
- Show you how to set up video-conference technology for your first call
- Or even co-facilitate your first calls with you!

We want your first foray into online meetings to be a positive one!

We will try to match your requests up with a coach. We can’t guarantee that all requests will get 1-1 support, but we will do our best!
