The Fellowship attracted 50 young leaders, with representation from 13 countries from across the Pacific, three cities in Australia, two in New Zealand, one in the US, and six regional partner organizations. The successful program consisted of eight modules, two Talanoas, and one Kava Bar across May, June, and July 2020. The program supported young leaders in learning digital organizing practices and developing influential relationships with other young Pacific leaders working in the climate justice sphere. The Fellowship’s modules took the cohort on a journey from self-reflection and learning, into a space of creation and design, giving the participants the ability to use the new tools and newly acquired skills.
