“This latest budget starves the Environmental Protection Agency while stuffing the faces of fossil fuel billionaires. The American people overwhelmingly support government investments in renewable energy and environmental protections, while opposing the new coal, oil and gas extraction this budget aims to open up.
This spring, hundreds of thousands took to the streets to march for science and climate action. Now the fight heads out to districts across the country where we’re going to make sure every politician knows that a vote for this budget is a vote that puts polluters over people and profits over public welfare.”
