It’s going to take a united and concerted effort to make sure every vote is counted, and to ensure our democracy is protected,” said **Dominique Thomas, 350.org New York & Mid-Atlantic Organizer.** “Protecting our democracy doesn’t mean just voting. It means protecting the vote, it means protecting those protesting in the face of injustice and ensuring our freedom. It means that dissent is patriotic. It means collective healing.
