Here’s a picture our team in Kampala took today, while they were preparing for their  events. And here’s the explanation that went with it:

This part of Kampala is always flooding, people are seasonally housed into their
buildings because much of the time their houses are invaded by
floods.Yesterday the floods were at the peoples knees and closing to
the other side of the road was 5000/ (2$) to be carried on the
shoulders.
