As climate impacts like superstorms, floods, and refinery explosion impact our communities, those who have done the least to cause the crisis are paying the costs of Exxon executives’ lies through our lives and livelihoods, such as Hurricane Harvey, refinery leaks and explosions, and unprecedented flooding. Meanwhile, Exxon and its shareholders reap trillions in profits, while people like New York State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli attempt continued negotiations with rogue fossil fuel executives.
