Using buttons

A Standard 350 Button

Buttons are used when a user is taking a major action — going to a signup page, RSVPing to an event, submitting a survey, calls to action, etc.

Adding a button

  1. Start by making a link. NOTE: the “button” style can only be applied to links (a button has to do something or go somewhere in order to be a button).
  2. While your link is selected, select ‘button’ from the ‘styles’ dropdown menu in the editor.
Common Problems:
  • Make sure you are applying the “button” style to a link and only to a link. Applying the “button” style to anything besides a link has no effect.
