The best poem you’ll read all day, just in time to Connect the Dots

The Kentucky Derby, one of the most famous horse races in the world, takes place on May 5. It's full of odd customs, like people wearing funny hats, and horses with crazy names. Organizers there have not skipped a beat in finding ways to connect climate change to the race itself. A day to take pause
Connecting the dots
For a CREATIVE CAUSE

All over the planet
We’re gathering now
Forming one ROUSING SERMON
To tell the world how

Climate chaos results
From man’s carbon addiction
And our PROSPECTIVE Earth
Faces quite the affliction

The floods and the droughts
And the storms we’ve been feeling
Are part of a trend

From icebergs to TRINNIBERG
All berg’s are affected
