📣 Other ways to help spread the words:

  1. Share your reason for joining: Everyone’s reason for fighting for justice and joining Draw the Line’s days of action is unique. What is yours? Sharing your passion and motivation can inspire others to join too! Take a photo or record a quick video of yourself holding a sign and / or explaining why you’re going to take part at Draw the Line and post on your social media.
  2. Invite your friends: Could be an email, a WhatsApp message, a social media post. Invite them to the RVSP page for a local event, or just call them up! The more people we can bring with us to the streets, the better – our collective strength will show in our demands, creativity and numbers. It’s also important to re-invite people as the week of September 19-21 gets closer! Reminders are crucial.
  3. Reach out to local influencers: It doesn’t have to be a big celebrity. Could be your local football team, musician or politician. Who in your community do people listen to and who has a big reach on social media? Reach out to them.
  4. Post your organizing prep: Are you passing out flyers? Making art? Holding local meetings? That’s awesome! Will you share about it on your own social media? That way people in your networks can learn more about the great prep that is under way. Post on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or Bluesky using #DrawtheLine.
  5. Amplify #DrawtheLine stories: Building momentum is crucial. In the lead up to September 19-21 and during the weekend of actions, don’t be afraid to use your social media and to share some of the great energy that is building up to the moment all around the world. Follow the hashtag #DrawtheLine to find posts from other people and organizations who will join the global days of action alongside you.
