The 350 movement is on target when we consider the vulnerability of our  civil infrastructure to climate uncertainty and our inherent dependence on clean water. I think that we should not get caught up in arguing about how to optimize for reducing GHG’s, rather we should move ahead with everything we can do now. The 350 movement clarifies the imperative of minimizing the future peak in GHG’s, while looking ahead to a society that is more in balance with our environment at a global scale.
